Rev and Go works with young people, some of whom have been excluded form school or are at risk of not being in education, employment or training. Based in Cotgrave, one of the most deprived areas of Nottinghamshire, the project uses motorcycling as a reward and learning tool to develop skills and behaviours which will help them through their transition into work and adulthood. The voices of the young people are key to managing the project and experience shows that the charity's clients take their responsibilities seriously and respond with respect for the trust they have been shown.
