Hop, Skip and Jump is a play and support centre for children with special needs and their families. The charity welcomes families from across the South West of England, providing free facilities including adventure playgrounds, sensory rooms and musical instruments to children of all ages. Hop Skip and Jump also understands the pressures that parents, carers and siblings of special needs children face, particularly for those on a low income or in single parent families. The Team Leader will co-ordinate the work of staff members and the centre’s many volunteers, providing more children and their families with the opportunity to be part of a supportive community.
